I'm Alexandra!
A registered dietitian who’s passionate about helping individuals achieve their nutrition goals.
Growing up in a Greek household surrounded by delicious traditional food dishes ignited my love for nutrition. My love for sports comes from playing basketball and soccer, and I’ve always been immersed in athletic environments.
I hold an undergrad degree in Allied Health and minor in Psychology, as well as a master’s in Human Nutrition. During graduate school, I interned with the Dairy Alliance, collaborating with the Carolina Panthers’ youth program, Fuel Up to Play 60.
I also gained experience with NASCAR, fueling pit crew members and drivers. My dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma allowed me to further explore sports nutrition, working primarily with the football team and many other sport teams there.
Additionally, for two seasons, I served as the director of sports nutrition for the football team at Coastal Carolina University.
With a background in collegiate and professional sports nutrition, as well as extensive experience working with individuals managing various disease states, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice.
